Labour’s Rupa Huq MP aims to keep her Ealing Central and Acton seat
Dr Huq said: “The Prime Minister has put the interests of party before those of the country.
Theresa May, who stated on seven separate occasions she wouldn’t call a snap election, has performed a monumental u- turn and this shows how she and her government simply can’t be trusted.
I will be fighting this election on my record of opposing the Tory government and its hard Brexit, disastrous plans for the NHS, cuts in local school budgets in Ealing, Acton and Chiswick and austerity Britain.
Labour remains the best hope for this this, other spoiler parties would only hand the seat to the Tories.
