A four-storey luxury penthouse in the microstate could be the most expensive apartment in the world when it goes on sale for a rumoured £250million.
And the defining feature is most definitely the waterslide, which runs from the dance floor to the private infinity pool on the terrace. Life’s undeniably more fun when you have the kind of money that would afford you this home.
The “Sky Penthouse” sits atop Tour Odeon, the first high-rise block in Monaco to be built in about 30 years. And when it’s completed it will be the tallest – and contain some of the most expensive properties in the world.
At €250,000 (£200,000) a parking space alone at the Odeon will cost about the same price as a home in the UK.
But glitzy Monaco, home to billionaires from across the globe, is no stranger to extravagance.
In the notorious tax haven, about 37,000 people are packed into just 500 acres of space and about a third of them millionaires.
Meanwhile, it appears that having a slide in your home is the new status symobol among the wealthy.
Earlier this week a four-bedroom flat in London’s Notting Hill with a slide from the bedroom into the living room was put up for rent. But it will cost you a cool £3,500 a WEEK to live there.
